DECONSTRUCTION SERVICES
If deconstructed, a typical 2000 sq foot home could eliminate the need to harvest 33 trees, or the yearly output of 10 acres of planted pine, and reduce the volume of waste in our landfills by 8420 cubic feet.
We practice a hybridized form of Deconstruction to quickly and safely deconstruct buildings. Usable building materials are saved for reuse and incorporated into other building projects. A typical 2000 sq/ft home can be deconstructed in 5 days.
We work in conjunction with the Gorge Rebuilt It Center to provide owners with a tax-deductible donation that can offset a significant portion of the cost.

We also offer “Reconstruction” services. Some buildings such as garages can be taken down in large panels and reconstructed in a new location. This very sustainable option also allows the owners to realize higher donation values and further offset the cost of removal.
