The old farmstead residence was deconstructed and some of the lumber set aside for the new residence. Designed by Paden Prichard and constructed by Green Home Construction, Inc., this 2300 sq ft residence features beautiful arts and craft styling, recycled Douglas fir interior trim, energy efficient lighting, FSC certified lumber, a recycled “eco-slate” roof, a geothermal heating/cooling system and an Energy Recovery Ventilator.
